JobFile Refund Policy

Effective 1st July 2014

Our refund policy is in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be happy with your purchase. All JobFile accounts are set to a free subscription at registration which provides you with the opportunity to fully evaluate our products before you upgrade your account to paid.

If you purchase one of our products no refunds will be given however you can downgrade your account and your access will remain as is until the end of the subscription period where your previous payments will be cancelled or modified.

Acceptance of this Refund Policy

It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with this refund policy. By registering for any of our paid products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.

If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this refund policy, we ask that you do not register a paid account with us.
